We have in place privacy and security practices to safeguard our clients’ personal information. These practices are reviewed and revised on a regular basis.
Information collected by us (including, but not limited to, proprietary, developmental, technical, marketing, sales, operational, performance, cost, knowledge, business and process information, computer programming techniques, and all records bearing media containing or disclosing such information and techniques) will not be copied, distributed, disclosed, or disseminated in any way or form by us to anyone except our own employees, contractors, or associates who have a reasonable need to know such information for the purposes of completing the business arrangement. We do not sell, trade, or share our clients’ contact information.
We will not use any confidential information without express written consent by the client and then only use such information for the purpose for which it was intended.
Clients’ personal information both paper and electronic-based is retained for one calendar year after the last contact (email, phone call, or meeting) and then destroyed. Clients may also submit a request to have their information permanently removed from our database at any time.
