Virtual Assistant Services Packages at Productively Organized

Virtual Assistant Service Packages

Your business is unique. The tasks you need to delegate will not be the same as those of another business owner. Maybe you need to off-load a multitude of repetitive monthly tasks. In that case, the Executive Package would be your best option. The Casual Project might be a good fit if you just need a second set of eyes to review a proposal. My flexible virtual assistant service packages are based on my clients’ needs. We will work together to determine how many hours you need and tailor a package specifically for you.

Executive Package

  • Over 20 hours per month
  • Prepaid base rate: $30/hour

For executives who need someone to handle administrative details so they can move up to a leadership position and expand their team and company.

Professional Package

  • 11-20 hours per month
  • Prepaid base rate: $35/hour

For business owners who need to streamline administrative processes to concentrate on business growth and development.

Entrepreneur Package

  • 5-10 hours per month
  • Pre-paid base rate: $40/hour

For entrepreneurs who need to ensure brand consistency, establish workflows, and start reaching their target market.

Casual Projects

  • One-time projects: 1-hour minimum
  • Pre-paid base rate: $45/hour

For those who need help with a specific, short-term project such as editing a proposal or designing presentation slides.

*Some restrictions apply. The hourly rate does not include other charges such as stock image fees, postage, printing, etc. Full payment is due on the first of the month. Overdue invoices will incur a late payment fee. The minimum charge for casual projects is one (1) hour.
