Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

5. Refund Policy

As all of our products and services are digital / online, there are no returns or refunds upon fulfillment of your order. All sales are final.

Should you wish to cancel your enrollment or drop out of a program with a payment plan or monthly payments, we reserve the right to suspend future payments, but no refunds will be made for payments already processed. Access to program materials and resources will be removed upon cancellation request.

We collect personal information to provide virtual assistant services, downloadable products, and online courses. How We Protect Your Data

The security and integrity of our clients’ personal information are important to us. We take every reasonable measure necessary to protect the privacy of our clients while providing the services they expect. This includes password/biometric protected devices, regular software updates including immediate security updates, anti-virus/firewall protection, encrypted daily backups, secure cloud sync, password management tools (1Password), multi-factor and/or biometric authentication (where available), use of VPN when not on a secure network. These practices are reviewed and revised on a regular basis.

In the unlikely case of a data breach, we will move quickly to secure systems and fix vulnerabilities that may have caused the breach including but not limited to restricting access, changing passwords, and contacting forensics experts, law enforcement, and legal counsel. We will notify our customers, clients, and users as soon as possible and advise them of what actions we are taking and what actions they should take to protect themselves.
